DESCRIPTION:
So, for some reason, I got inspired to do a few Holiday mixes this year. Covid kind of ruins the Christmas vibe, but the best music is made during the hardest times...

Playing around with RX8 some more, I discovered I could get shockingly clean acapellas from the Johnny Mathis Christmas album. Johnny's verison of "Sleigh Ride" is already a classic, but a better version was done by The Ramsey Lewis Trio. Side bar: The Ramsey Lewis Trio Christmas Album is one of the best Christmas albums there is. There is no debate. Disagree with me? That's cool...but you are so, so wrong! :)

Anyway, the Ramsey Lewis track is an instrumental, and since I just pulled Johnny's acapella from the master recording...well...you should be able to see where this is going. Enjoy a very jazzy version of "Sleigh Ride"!
