As I sit here (1:14 am), and hack through various web code for depechemode.com, I can not help but reflect on the image above.
A few weeks back, I went to The Getty, here in Los Angeles (with the lovely Nora). As the current exhibit was all religious art (and I am FAR from a religious man), I was a bit bored...until I saw the painting "Dream Of Pope Sergius (Rogier van der Weyden).
It neatly summed up the afternoon of looking at religious art, as well as the monotony of staring at endless PHP code now. :)
I did enjoy the rest of the Getty, though...as well as the company of the person I went with. :)
