Furthermore, while I am the "archive guy" (as well as web / social media guy) for Depeche Mode, I did not use any elements of the song "Never Let Me Down Again" that are from "master" sources. I used the "Rock Band" MOGG file rip, like any other resourceful fan who knows where to search online for such things. This is just me, a fan, doing a mix, with the elements that any other fan could use if they know where to look.

TL; DR: I did a mix. It is not official. I am a fan. Got it? Good. Moving on...

DESCRIPTION:
Due to many waves of work hitting my desk this year (see above), I haven't had much time to do many mixes.

As I have said in previous mashup descriptions, when I set out to do cleaning (either physical or digital media), I inevitably end up taking a break from the cleaning, and I start mixing things up.

As I attempted to sort through some MOGG folders, I found the "Never Let Me Down Again" file. Now, I had never planned to do any sort of mix or mashup of the song. I just thought I'd play around with the elements for a few minutes. While searching through the ol' iTunes library for 106 bpm songs, I came across the Daft Punk track.

Wow.

I truly didn't expect the merging of these tracks to turn out so well. I'm glad it did. Even though it is a rather short mashup, it still came out great, if I do say so myself (and I do, because - DAMN...it's really good!)

Synced to the original Anton Corbijn directed music video for "Never Let Me Down Again", here is "Never Let Flynn Down Again".
